Buyer reviewBuying a home doesn't happen too often in life so average folk like us don't interact with agents on a normal basis. We know what "should" make an agent good at what they do, but you never really understand how good they will be until you work with them - that's a risk we all take when we reach out. Lacy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable about the area had a plethora of knowledge that only a true local would know. Things like traffic, backroads, businesses that are popping up, school districts, etc. Throughout the process, Lacy was accessible (to a fault). She responded to calls and texts long past the working day and on weekends / holidays. I'm not sure if I should be preaching this but it was an aboslute godsend in some circumstances. Lacy maintained her professionalism but never lacked personability. She let you know that she was in your corner and didn't try to sell you on a home that you truly wouldn't want. Thank you Lacy!
