She makes it her priority to make sure you are comfortable with all the info she provides (all new properties on the market, some that have already been out, and if she knows about something coming to the market). Sometimes looking at several houses can become overwhelming or confusing but she explained to me every detail and answered all questions very quickly which made me feel relieved. She has great knowledge in what she does but one of her best qualities is her customer service. Everyday i would receive her emails about new listings. We would always contact each other via phone calls or text messages. Marilou has become not only my real estate agent but a good friend. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
