My experience with Marilou Wong in the home buying process was phenomenal. As a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous not being familiar with the jargon and process. She walked me every step of the way and answered all my questions with such detail. I appreciate how patient she was with me. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always gave me additional information on the area. She was extremely personable, detail oriented, and professional. As a full time night shift worker, she also always made time for me and worked around my schedule without an issue. I would and have already started recommending Marilou Wong to my family and friends who are also looking to buy their first home. Marilou Wong is the ONE. As a first time home buyer, this made me so stressful since I didn't have a clue what to do. I called Marilou Wong to help us in search of a new home. She is very knowledgeable and understood our needs and told me she would have a list of several places to see. To my surprise, she was calling me from Paris while she was on vacation. I told her it could wait til she got back in a few days but she did her research and sent me the list right away. She told me if we find a place we really like, do not wait. We should act on it immediately before we lose the opportunity. Marilou was always quick to respond and her advice was always so very helpful.

We had a great experience dealing with Marilou Wong. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and timely correspondence was much appreciated. She really put us at ease in what typically is a stressful time. Knowing that we were over an hour away, she made sure she was available for inspections and other follow ups. Being first time homebuyers, we really came in knowing close to nothing about the home buying process. Marilou guided us throughout the whole thing, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, and was always accessible being a simple text message away any time of the day/night.
