Seller reviewMarilyn was incredible. We hired Mike D Bono based on her reputation. She more than lived up to it, selling an incompletely renovated hurricane damaged home in less than sixty days during the fourth quarter while interest rates were skyrocketing. We could not have asked for more from her. She was amazing. Frankly I thought we gave Marilyn an impossible task and I thought the home would not sell until Summer 2023 and at a lower price. I should have had more faith in her. Marilyn vastly exceeded all expectations. I cannot think of anything Marilyn could have done to improve my experience. I cannot think of even one criticism.
