Seller reviewMy sister Janet passed away in May of 2021, I was her heir. We asked the CPA for recommendations on who could help give estimate appraisal and possibly handling the sell of Janet's home in hopes of someone I'd feel comfortable with when I felt ready. Marilyn Boudreaux's name with -Bono Century 21- was suggested. We set up a meet and walk thru my sisters home to get an appraisal estimated value. Anyway, after that meeting with her I felt at peace with her honesty, integrity and compassion. Marilyn was so kind and informative to any question we asked. If she didn't know the answer or wasn't for certain, she'd find out and let us know. Available to us when we'd call or return calls were prompt.
