Marilyn Boudreaux was amazing to partner with it! She took time to listen to our needs and wants, while providing expertise feedback in a professional manner. Our home had been on the market for 6 months with another broker and within a little over month, our home was sold through Marilyn Boudreaux and Century 21. We would refer Marilyn and Century 21 as a preferred real estate agent and broker! By far, Marilyn Boudreaux is one, if not the best, real estate agent in SWLA!

Our family has moved many times, and bought quite a few homes. Each purchase comes with interactions with realtors, but previously none has stood out as being clearly above the others we've worked with. This changed with Marilyn. From the first meeting, with a professional analysis of the house laid out clearly, with next steps to get to listing, she was fully on-point and driving us to a successful sale and closing. She was easy to stay in touch with via calls or texts, and consistently, but kindly, pushed the process forward. As my job caused my family to move 2 hours away before the house was listed, there were potentially problems getting repairs done to the house or having maintenance done. However, Marilyn stepped in and handled all of the logistics of getting anything done that helped move the house towards closing. Her estimate of the home price was right on target, the effective marketing including social media was impressive, and her commitment to moving things along continued to impress us as the process went along. If we had a question, she would be quick to answer us even after hours or on weekends. If something needed to be done, fixed, house opened, plumber called, or anything else, she was willing to do what needed to be done to get the home sold. From start to finish she also displayed a level of attention to detail that was impressive. Clearly a conscientious person, from the first analysis she delivered, to the day before closing reviewing the closing documents (on a weekend!), finding errors with it, and communicating on our behalf with the title company to correct them, she was on top of it. We've never had such a professional, motivated, engaged, communicative real estate agent before. In closing, if you have a home you're looking to sell, take our word for it - you cannot find a better real estate agent than Marilyn Boudreaux. She will put the time and effort in to sell your home, just like she did ours, and make the process as painless as it can be. She is highly recommended and our only disappointment is that she won't be in every city we move to so we can work with her again.

I was very pleased to work with Marilyn Boudreaux on the sale of my home. I selected her as my agent based on her excellent sales & customer service record and her local knowledge of the area. She was extremely capable of estimating a good sale price of my property and developing a detailed marketing plan. Marilyn delivered 100% on all of these goals. When Marilyn was assigned to the sale of my home, she immediately relayed to me her marketing plan. She had a photographer come out to the house to take professional photos, a drone to get overhead views of the yard and different angles of the house, and also brochures printed. She updated all of the information online to make the house look outstanding. She also put her for sale sign out in the yard with the brochures. She held several open houses and was very vigilant about the property, constantly visiting and providing me with updates. Marilyn made herself available to me at all times via text message, making the documentation/paperwork process very easy. She was also very resourceful and helpful to me for small repairs that were needed after inspection. Marilyn managed to sell my house during the challenging time of COVID-19. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. She truly represents the best in her field. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family.
