Seller reviewI hired another broker and in 6 months had very little communication while my home was on the market. I switched to Marilyn Boudreaux, and she was in constant communication with me. Before I hired Marilyn, I closely observed her marketing techniques on social media until my contract with the other broker ended. I contacted Maryilyn, and she made an appointment to review my comps. I appreciate her honestly and her diligence in finding a qualified buyer for my home. During the holidays, she decorated my home to make it appealing to buyers. She made suggestions that added to the curb appeal for my home. She held two open house events without hesitation. Her experience, integrity, marketing, and communication are the reasons I would hire her again.

Seller reviewMarilyn was great with negotiating our counter offer and getting work done on our house for much less than the buyers got quoted. She made sure to fight for us and help us pay as little as possible for a repair needed AND was able to use the original company to keep it under warranty. She was great with trying to help us get as much as possible for the sale of our house! And while we were not able to be at the closing, she made sure she was and communicated what was happening and made sure she represented us. I would recommend Marilyn to anyone buying or selling in Lake Charles. We used her for both!
