Seller reviewMarilyn was Great!!! Everything was done so fast, from the listing of the house to the sale of the house!!! Amazing!!! Our Dads home (estate property) was listed on a Monday and we had 5 offers on Friday and was under contract. This sale was a little different Marilyn had to deal with 3 heirs. I think everything went very smoothly

She coordinated a closing date/time that was convenient for us since we were coming from out of town. She was also able to be there for inspections and walk-thru's in our place. I would recommend her because she is reliable, knowledgeable and always easy to reach. We have worked with her three times and she's just the best!

She provided information that was not asked of such as community information, opinion on investment over time, and school zone/crime/neighborhood/amenity information. This was all helpful in making my final choice. She also expedited responses from the lender on my behalf after they failed to respond to my queries.
