Buyer reviewI met Mark Allgood at one of his listings several months ago. We had a great conversation about the economic climate and how strong of a sellers market there was in the Inverness area. Even though that listing was not the right fit for our needs Mark made a very good impression on us. We found a listing last month and had trouble with the listing agent getting a timely sells contact signed. I called Mark and he was willing to act as our buyer agent and took charge for us. He did a great job getting our offer accepted and navigating the deal through the closing. We had several setbacks due to the seller being hospitalized. Mark was on top of all the details and kept us informed. As a 20 year member of the U.S. Navy I have bought and sold house in many different states over the years. Mark was by far the best agent I have ever had the pleasure to worked with.
