He was always willing to help but never pushy. He did an excellent job of coordinating with all parties who were involved in the process insuring that the process moved to a successful and timely conclusion. Mark communicated well throughout the process. He either answered his phone immediately of promptly returned calls or answered Text messages. Mark kept me informed at all times and personally addressed any question or issue that arose. Additionally, Mark made himself available for visits to the property to observe inspections and observe corrective maintenance to the property by third party contractors. Mark was always professional and got the job done without fuss or fanfare from the time of my initial contact with him through and past Closing. If I ever have need for a Real Estate Agent in this area I will look for Mark Allgood.
