I am a lifelong resident of Bemidji. I attended Bemidji State University and graduated with a degree in Business and have been active in real estate since 1984. Along with my wife, Wanda, I take an active role in civic, church and community affairs. I enjoy participating in all the great outdoor activities that our community has to offer with my two sons.

Seller reviewMarks experience, his comfort level in getting started immediately in selling our house even though it was going through probate and his complete and prepared initial presentation when we met with him were what sold us as we compared the three brokers from different agencies that we interviewed. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. Mark was excellent at communicating with us and very little communication was needed as it all went so perfectly.

We bought the house 25 years ago when his father ran the business. Mark has kept up the excellent reputation of Dickinson Realty. The sale achieved our goal to sell before winter. Price was reduced, but that was acceptable. Completely satisfied. My wife, who did not know Mark as well as I, was very impressed with his attentiveness and help in getting the house sold.
