Seller reviewOne of the biggest reasons we chose Mark Dickinson and Century 21 was their history and knowledge of the area and their extensive contacts throughout the community. Mark did a great job of researching and providing guidance on pricing the property and strategy for marketing them. He also worked with the buyers and their agents to close the properties on the same date to beneficial tax treatment. His dealings were always very professional and he had good follow-through on our requests for changes and/or information. We would highly recommend Mark and his firm for the Bemidji area.
