Mark even accompanied me in a snow storm after the sale so we could evaluate some minor maintenance issues. So there we were tromping all around the house through the snow in the frigid temperatures. Just like the infamous postman delivering on his duty, nothing will ever stop Mark from servicing the customer's needs. It is great to have someone in your corner that relentlessly does everything possible to exceed your expectations. My military comrades lived by a common idiom "semper fidelis" that aptly applies.
