Buyer reviewAs mentioned, the home was difficult to purchase because it was hard to know exactly what it would be worth including some important repairs prior to move-in. After careful consideration Mark Hart helped me come up with a fair offer. Even though I was worried that someone else may buy the home out from under me, Mark Hart help me to be patient through the negotiation. Yet, Mark Hart was very courteous to the sellers and their realtor while offers and counter offers were made. Mark Hart helped me to know that there is always a point where you have to be comfortable with walking away from a deal. I feel that Mark Hart was truly on my side. Eventually, niceness prevailed and our offer (with a small increase) was accepted. Then, the paperwork was put together seamlessly. Thank you Mark Hart for your incredible patience!
