He was always 100% present with me, yet told of the frenetic time in real estate. He lead me to properties to challenge my commitment to fixer style home and move in ready places. In the end, I had found a listing, by chance, on Zillow and went for a current listing drive-around with a friend. When I contacted Mark about the home I was interested in, he hit the ground running. His intelligent market mind, and knowledge of the area produced the winning offer. I'm glad to have met Mark and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
