My Brother, Sister and I did a lot of research for a good realtor when we were selling out Mom's house last year. Mark was awesome during that process and talked us into remodeling the house prior to putting it on the market. We made a lot of extra money thanks to Mark. When I started looking for a house to buy, using Mark again was a no brainer. He went way above and beyond again helping me find the perfect house for me. He saved me a bunch of money in negotiations and by him finding issues that the sellers repaired before escrow closed. The sellers had a septic inspection done and it clears inspections. Mark was very familiar with septic systems and insisted on his own inspector checking out the system. We learned that the leech lines were completely blocked and no water was leeching out. It costed the sellers $33,000 to replace the leech lines which would have costed me if it were not for Mark's diligence... I would never use another realtor again!!! Thanks Mark!!
