I can talk about his in-depth knowledge of home construction, the fact that he is born and raised in the area he serves and has very detailed understanding of the pros and cons of every neighborhood therein, I could talk about his decades of experience as a top agent or his impressive knowledge of the numerous contracts we all sign our names to or his excellent negotiating skills.
