Mark Miller was highly, highly regarded and recommended by many people when we were looking to sell our condo and purchase our home. People couldn't say enough about Mark's friendless, his professionalism, and how hard he worked/works to provide clients with the top level of service as their agent. I can't say enough positive remarks about Mark! He is such a kind, polite, helpful person and friend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time getting to know Mark better and working with him through our sale and home purchase! He is so patient and reassuring. I doubted many times that we would find something and Mark was constantly reassuring me that we would find our home and it was so helpful to have such a level-headed individual helping us along in this process! He was present during all home inspections, would provide his feedback, and is very knowledgeable in the aspects of home building, structures, and was extremely helpful when it came to communicating with our inspectors. Mark makes himself available and is timely in his communications. He communicates clearly and if something needs explaining, he makes sure he has explained thoroughly. He makes himself very accessible and is an extremely respectful and approachable gentleman. He continues to keep in touch, asking about our purchase, how our remodel is going and a true friendship was made while working with Mark. We are forever grateful!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mark! Mark was incredible attentive to detail throughout our whole condo sale, search, and purchase of our new home. He was making visits to the open houses we had in our condo when selling, made himself available to meet us at open houses during our search at a moment's notice, worked so hard in negotiating the price of our new home to be within our budget, negotiated a counter offer due to extensive fixes needed from our home inspections, and we could truly tell we were at his best interest during the whole process. He was present at all signings, exchanges of contracts were a breeze, and his attention to detail was top notch! Mark has a wonderful grasp on the area, communities, and properties and would search hard to find us homes to look at. We were very specific in the areas/area we were searching and are so grateful for Mark's patience and positivity throughout the whole process! Everyone at Century 21 was so kind, helpful, professional, and quick to fix anything that needed fixing, if that occurred. They were hospitable when we would come to their office and extremely kind over the phone. Mark is the best!! Truly, we would not be where we are if it were not for Mark. We drive into our neighborhood and are filled with joy and grateful that God guided us to this home and used Mark to help us with the search and purchase of our new home.
