When we couldn't make it an open house, Mark got us into every home we were hoping to see. He contacted realtors on our behalf to find out more information when needed. I never felt like we would miss an opportunity because he was so on top of getting us the information we needed in a timely manner. Our new home is in a very desirable neighborhood that had a lot of interest. He contacted the selling agent on the first day it was on the market and submitted our offer before anyone else was able to. His extensive positive history working in this area helped our offer become a strong one. Other realtors seem to love working with Mark because he really knows what he's doing. He got us our new home under asking price and negotiated generous closing credits on our behalf as well. I truly believe we would not be in this house if not for Mark. We cannot thank him enough.
