Personal Profile
After growing up in the Main Line Suburbs of Philadelphia, I moved to Center City Philadelphia at age 19. I always wanted to be in real estate, which led me to buy my first investment property in 2002. With my wife, who is a historian, I share a love of fine food, dancing, and historic architecture and properties. We also volunteer as Presidents of our local Library Friends group to help enrich neighborhood youth and families. Helping people move forward in life, with a property sale or purchase, is a great honor and something I am passionate about!

Seller reviewMr Turner was recommended highly online in some reviews. I had much trouble with the long time tenant. Mark was able to make the sale happen in spite of my difficulties. Mr Turner is a man of steadfast and admirable character. He was by my side even when I felt troubles oppressing me. It was a long time coming but everything went through and I am blessed.

Seller reviewMark Turner came to my house in the fall to let me know what kind of price I might expect if I sold my house in the Spring. I told him we planned to look in Vero Beach, Florida and he said he had a friend their who might help us. His friend Jeanne Wurtzburger was great when we got here in January. We spent 1 day with her and bought our house. Mark had managed to find us a great agent here, which led to his getting the listing for our house in Pennsylvania. I think for most selling your house and moving is a stressful experience and we were no exception. Mark's ability to explain things and keep us calm was fabulous.
