After growing up in the Main Line Suburbs of Philadelphia, I moved to Center City Philadelphia at age 19. I always wanted to be in real estate, which led me to buy my first investment property in 2002. With my wife, who is a historian, I share a love of fine food, dancing, and historic architecture and properties. We also volunteer as Presidents of our local Library Friends group to help enrich neighborhood youth and families. Helping people move forward in life, with a property sale or purchase, is a great honor and something I am passionate about!

Buyer reviewI shopped around to find an agent who was familiar with the neighborhood in which I wanted to buy a home and was wiling to move quickly when a property became available. Mark Turner showed the initiative I wanted and had familiarity with the neighborhood. He also gave me access to the Bright MLS listings that allowed me to quickly see when properties came on the market. It was from the Bright MLS that I found the house I ultimately purchased. As soon as it was posted, I asked Mark to set up a viewing and within 24 hours I put an offer on it.

Seller reviewCentury 21 Advantage Gold is active in my neighborhood and community. Mark was recommended by Michelle my good friend on the corner. I thought Mr. Turner was a little strange at the first. But I did warm up to his humor. A positive young man. There was a house across the street from my, the man who lived there passed and his son sold the house for 121 thousand, I hoped to get no less than that. The sale was 155 thousand and I was very happy.

Seller reviewMany people were trying to buy my parents house. The offer we got is better by quite a lot than other offers from other people. The other lady was not very polite and she did not seem to want to help me understand how this all works. My sister also liked Mark, which is really saying something now.

Seller reviewI had my mom buy the house before with Mary help in the past. another Agent had tried to sell the house earlier but Mark and century21 got more by about 35 thousand dollars than the other agent. Mark was the bets from the start to the finish. He fought hard for usa nd I knew I was in the best hands with him. The other company couldnt sell the house for even close to what we got from Mark. I will have my friends call Mark for they heir properties in the future. They will be well taken care of and no doubts!
