Everything he showed us, explained to us, shared with us, felt like we were family because he cared that much.he really went above and beyond for us, and over the course of years! We never felt pressured into making any decisions or settling. I wouldn't ever use anyone else. If there were a rating higher than "excellent", Mark would check off that box.
