Mark Vaccaro was wonderful to work with. He was patient with all my questions about the process of selling a house, and answered emails back in a timely manner. I am also using him to help me in a search for my next home, and again, very patient for this first time home buyer. He is very knowledgable about what to look for when viewing the homes.

Mark was very good, actually great. He made sure I fully understood everything that was going on through the hole process . He also made sure that the house was always a concern that anyone who saw the house did leave it in the condition that the found it in. Very important to us. I felt I could CALL HIM AT ANYTIME with questions I had about it's movement. Mark seems to be all of the above!!!! I would recommend him to any of my friends and be proud to do so. They were good but not up to the quality that mark had shown with this property, or any of the others that I have heard of that he has shown and sold. I feel he takes so much pride in his work, and really looks for what you are looking for and for what you want to get out of the house you are selling. Again I would be proud to recommend him to my friends that were either buying or selling a house. Honest , friendly, concerned about your needs , and what you need to get out of the house. Mark made sure that the signs were always up. When one got lost or damaged from the weather or persons, he made sure there was another one up the next day.
