Absolutely Professional, and I'm grateful to Century21 for having her on staff. She helped me sell to a family friend who needed extra time. Marsha was more than cooperative, she was a good coach, and an absolute asset to both parties in the transaction. I other words, she made it possible, and saw it through to the end. She is a friend as far as I'm concerned,m and the buyer was also pleased as punch. Thanks Marsha, you're number 1. She's a great Lady to do business with. I'd do it again without a second thought at all. It was difficult because my buyer, a family friend, needed extra time, and she saw it through to clear sailing and done. Very highly recommended professional.

Seller reviewMarsha Nation Has sold 7 of our houses now. We have 2 more we are working on. We will be back to have Marsha sell those to. Marsha has gone above and beyond on selling these houses. Dealing with tenants (not so nice ones) Rude inspectors and I mean rude!! She has held it together even when I wouldn't have. She's early to rise and make/return calls even in a meeting she will txt you. Selling this house for us on Se 13th street I think Marsha Nation has had to pull out every one of these terms. Polite - Understanding-Friendly_ Patient - Helpful_ Respectful. We have dealt with some real (how would you say) characters on selling this house. Thank You Marsha Nation Marsha's staff even drove all the way out to our house to explain and sign papers for us. Not a short drive in the cold A++ I can't say enough good things about Marsha Nation but if you want it done right and sold fast get Marsha Nation!
