Seller reviewMarsha Nation Has sold 7 of our houses now. We have 2 more we are working on. We will be back to have Marsha sell those to. Marsha has gone above and beyond on selling these houses. Dealing with tenants (not so nice ones) Rude inspectors and I mean rude!! She has held it together even when I wouldn't have. She's early to rise and make/return calls even in a meeting she will txt you. Selling this house for us on Se 13th street I think Marsha Nation has had to pull out every one of these terms. Polite - Understanding-Friendly_ Patient - Helpful_ Respectful. We have dealt with some real (how would you say) characters on selling this house. Thank You Marsha Nation Marsha's staff even drove all the way out to our house to explain and sign papers for us. Not a short drive in the cold A++ I can't say enough good things about Marsha Nation but if you want it done right and sold fast get Marsha Nation!
