Buyer reviewWe put an offer on a house we eventually ended backing out of after the inspection. There were issues with the seller's attorney refusing to return our earnest money. Martha was a great advocate for us & basically kept checking periodically on the status of the case. She is great at making sure we were aware of what we were getting into when buying a house.
