We had the opportunity to look at a possible purchase but the property was outside of her range. We decided that we really appreciated her expertise and guidance through the home buying process. She is an advocate for her clients and truly wants to help them find the right home, she never once made me feel like I was just a sale.

Seller reviewThis was our first experience selling a home, and to tell going the truth we were a bit nervous. All we ever heard was how stressful and complicated the whole selling process was,and it wasn't something that we were necessarily looking forward to... That being said, I am very happy to say that Martie Abercrombie completely exceeded our expectations! She made this whole process super easy and kept us informed every step of the way. I have not one complaint! We will definitely be using her again in the future!

Seller reviewMartie is a Dave Ramsey Endorsed local Provider (ELP.) I found her on www.daveramsey.com After over 2 years of frustrations and no progress, i..e. not one offer. I was very excited to find one in my area. I laid out the history, my situation and she clearly understood and focused her efforts to meet my needs. Being a strong Christian, it was an excellent relationship between us. She did everything in an honorable, forthright way. I met with one of the owners to explain my experience and he took it well and really listened.
