Buyer reviewMartie did a great job in working for me as a purchaser. As we were negotiating the price and increased what we were willing to offer she also suggested something we wanted to add such as home warranty paid for by the seller. After the price was agreed to we rapidly got the contract signed and she worked with my banker in getting a copy of the contract to the bank. In addition she worked with the title company to attain an existing survey that saved me $600. As stated before she took care of her customer.
