She is one of your fantastic agents who creates not only return customers but new customers. I can only say wonderful things about her to everyone. Mary Ann encouraged us to put our house on the market 2 weeks earlier than planned due to market conditions and greater possible traffic.Our house went on the market and was under contract within 48 hours for over asking price!!!!! Mary Ann made herself available at all times so we could get feedback, support, and advice when required. Her response to questions was timely, (within hours) and always accurate and welcomed. Sarah at closing was outstanding! I don't want to sell again but if I have to, I'm calling Mary Ann.
