Seller reviewAfter a couple of months of trying to sell my property by Owner, I was unable to see any traction and had no potential buyers. I decided to call Mary Ann Dubell and knew of her reputation and dedication to her clients. Mary Ann jumped into action, gave me realistic expectation given current market condition and communicated with me every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond in making sure my property was ready to show and within a couple of weeks there were numerous showings. I received an offer quickly and within a month the deal was closed. I was also doing a 1031 exchange with this property and Mary Ann helped with all the coordination and making sure I had all documentation in place with the exchange office. I would strongly recommend to anyone whether Selling or Buying a home to give Mary Ann Dubell a call.
