Ms. Mary Hildreth was an exceptional realtor. Mary is very polite, knowledgeable of her job, very detail oriented, stand up for her clients and gets the job done. Mary was very patient; especially with my husband. She understood what I wanted vs. what my husband wanted with our financial limit in mind. She took the time to show my husband "the house" he thought he wanted (even though Mary and I both knew it wasn't the one)...then showed the house she KNEW was "our house". It took my husband 3 times seeing the home before we made offer. When it came to negotiating she had her "A game front line". Mary made sure the other realtor (from SRG which was sorry) and lender were doing their jobs when they obviously were not. Mary is determined and goal driven with her customers being number 1!!
