I am very happy with the excellent service I received from Mary! Mary helped me through the entire real estate process from start to finish. She helped me with all my questions, helped obtain a letter for me from Chidester to resolve my concern on whether I could proceed with certain actions for the property upon purchase, quickly respond to any issues I had regarding the property, and provided such terrific support for me through the whole purchase and closing process! I'm so grateful for Mary's help with this home purchase! I also want to add when I first saw this property and contacted Mary, it was close to midnight and Mary responded back to my text right away and helped draw up a real estate contract for me immediately. I thought that was so nice of Mary! Mary has been so amazing throughout this whole process, and also after closing, greatly helped facilitate and took extra steps with providing key and access for me and my family! I am so happy and grateful with the extremely excellent service and support Mary provided me throughout this process! Mary is truly the best realtor ever! When I first meet Ms. Mary at another property she made me feel like she was a "go getter" and if I was serious about buying a house, she was going to find the right one.
