I have been an agent since 2014. I am passionate in helping buyers and sellers get to where they want to be when it comes to owning property. Whether you are a first time home buyer, needing to upsize, wanting to down size, or an investor in both homes and commercial properties, I can help. I have lived in the area for over 40+ years, I know and watch the market closely. I work the outlying area of Bismarck and Mandan and have been raised on small town values. I belong to several community groups, deliver meals on wheels for the senior center and am involved with the Realtor board and other Realtor events that we do to help our community and raise awareness especially for our kids in the community. Buyer reviewGolly, this is my 3rd or 4th purchase with Mary Ohlhauser. This is for a duplex investment property. Mary was able to sort through the MLS and find a unit that met our needs. I am again impressed with her attention to detail with the offers and working with the sellers agent. Real Estate can be really stressful with the dollars at hand but Mary keeps it really easy and handles the stress so we dont have to! I'd rate her a 10/10 and will be working with her for the next unit as well.

Seller reviewMy husand and I worked well with Mary Olhauser. We would recommend her to other sellers and buyers. We had issues with the marketing aspects of this home and I will add this is likely more to the market at the time of sale than anything Mary Olhauser did or did not do. We had another home we had sold a few months earlier in Montana and the market there was much different. Difficult not to compare the markets, so we enjoyed giving Century 21 and Mary the benefit of the doubt. The sale was completely successful and we are very grateful to Mary Olhauser for her experience and efforts.
