I have been an agent since 2014. I am passionate in helping buyers and sellers get to where they want to be when it comes to owning property. Whether you are a first time home buyer, needing to upsize, wanting to down size, or an investor in both homes and commercial properties, I can help. I am here for you through the buying or selling process from the day we meet to the closing table and I always hope that we will NOT just be clients, BUT Friends. I have lived in the area for over 40+ years, I know and watch the market closely. I work the outlying area of Bismarck and Mandan and have been raised on small town values. I belong to several community groups, deliver meals on wheels for the senior center and am involved with the Realtor board and other Realtor events that we do to help our community and raise awareness especially for our kids in the community. Buyer reviewI would absolutely recommend Mary Ohlhauser for any real estate needs. This investment property was held by an out of state corporation, the transaction was a mess... for her ... for me was pretty stress free. The out of staters were a bear to deal with... for her. Again for me was stress free. I couldnt imagine how many emails that flew with this one, even my banker who was cc'd was suprised with her tact and ability to keep it on track dealing with multiple people in multiple states and over Christmas break non the less. Hit closing fine, everything worked out and I could tell she was glad to get the signatures and put this one past her. Mary handled it with grace and dignity. Will use her again! 10/10 highly recommend!!
