Her attention to detail on the home we walked through and on the paperwork saved me from buying the wrong home. She was there every step of the way and was the shining beacon of light when things started to come undone because of the mortgage company could not get their act together. As far as I am concern, Mary Riley is the "Gold Standard" that every broker to strive for. I would recommend her to anyone and use her again in the future. This is my 3rd house in my life thus far and Mary put my last to brokers to shame when it comes down to the quality of work she does, and both my past brokers were excellent and I had no issues with either of them, but they don't come anywhere near the standards Mary shown during her time taking care of me. She kept me informed almost daily and when the mortgage company started to drag their feet, she was there pushing them along to ensure things got done. Mary had to step away for a couple days do to a death of a close friend. Even with that going on, she provided someone who understood my needs and where we were in the process and even with that, stayed in contact with me by phone and text to ensure everything was on track. She is the ultimate professional. I am in the home I wanted even after having it ripped away because of poorly managed mortgage companies kept throwing barriers in the way. Because of Mary, I am filling out this survey from the office inside my new house that Mary help fight for. I can't thank her enough for everything she did. Whoever gets her next, will have the best broker available in all of South Carolina working for them. I don't think of Mary as my broker, I think of her as my Friend.

Just walked into a Century 21 Plus office in Mount Pleasant…receptionist turned us on to Mary and she couldn't have been better. Very responsive throughout the 6 month process of finding the right place during a difficult market. Mary Riley is very knowledgeable, patient and responsive while we never felt that our numerous requests were a burden to her! She offered to view places for us on her own(since we were out of town buyers) and we did video calls with her to see if it might make sense to come and view ourselves. That was extremely helpful and since we have a son living in the Charleston area Mary actually would meet up with him to view places. Again, I don't believe Mary could have been more congenial and helpful! We were buying a second place so we hadn't dealt with a realtor (or gone through buying process) for over 35 years…but never once did we feel that our numerous questions or requests were viewed by Mary as a burden. Mary loves what she does…and therefore when you have that passion for your job and desire to help others…you can't come across as any more professional or caring for others needs! Mary is not only a super agent…but she's also a just a genuine first class human being! Joyce and I highly recommend Mary Riley!
