Mary Riley worked closely with us throughout the process and provided assistance even after the closing. In addition, to facilitating the search for the property, Mary also readily assisted with our interested in renting the property. She suggested CREC Property Management and immediately provided us with a contact. Due in large part to her effort and understanding of our needs we ended up purchasing a property that is perfect for us!! Mary is an exceptional agent!

She was so accessible any time we needed anything at all. We also really appreciated her honesty about the area and what locations we might like or dislike based on what we had told her about our preferences. Moving from out of state, we were flying a bit blind, but she made us feel very comfortable every step of the way and we could not be happier with the home we chose. Not only the home itself, but the neighborhood, location, amenities, etc. are all exactly what we were looking for (and in some cases even better! It's like Mary knew what we wanted better than we did ourselves!) If you are looking for a new home in the Charleston area, we could not recommend anyone more highly than Mary Riley.
