Buyer reviewWhile being a resident of Manhattan-it was imperative for me to have total confidence in the real estate agent ( in my case it was MaryAnn Corona) handling my purchase--The Gods must have smiled upon me for MaryAnn handled the entire transaction-by phone-e-mail and text-I'm talking locating the property-negotiating the price-mortgage contact-insurance contact-property management contact-and whatever else had to be done--she did it all in a span of 5 weeks--so confident in her abilities I hired a mover-my belongings were picked up in Manhattan on March the 28th-the last item was out my apt door at 4:30 PM--I headed directly to the airport for a 7:30 PM flight-the closing took place the following day-Tues the 29th-and just like that- _I received the keys to my new home !!!! I attribute it all to MaryAnns experience - real estate acumen-and fantastic personality-I'd highly recommend her to any and all!
