She always went above and beyond - no matter what surprise was thrown at us, whether from the buyer, the buyer's agent, the community, the town or my lawyer etc. She was always level headed and did whatever she felt was right for me. Of course she would discuss every detail with me first, and she saved me many times from when I just wanted to cater to everyone else's needs and requests. Her years of experience are unmatchable and we're invaluable to and for me. I met with quite a few agents prior to meeting her and was not happy with each of them for one reason or another. Thankfully that worked out for the better since it lead to me meeting her. I will and look forward to using Maryann again for any of my future real estate sales and purchases.
