My husband met Maryann Corona at an open house in Vista Lago. She gave him her card and a brochure. My husband liked her right away, and when we put our son's house on the market, we did not think twice. We wanted Maryann to help us sell the house. We live in Illinois, and we wanted an agent who would deal with us long distance and someone who new the area very well. Maryann Corona went out of her way to help us with finding a moving company. She was there to help with donating household items to charity and neighbors. She was cheerful and at the same time serious about the business. She saw to it that the inspection and necessary repairs were done efficiently. The house sold before it was officially on the market, and it sold at asking price. I was very reluctant going into the sales process. My son-in-law and I went to Florida to sell my late son's house. It was a very emotional experience to go through. Maryann Corona hit just the right tone and behavior. She was professional, helpful, understanding, but she also was focused on the task of selling. She made me feel comfortable and cared-for. She was goal-oriented without being pushy. A competent and friendly professional. I absolutely trusted her judgment. Maryann Corona was there for us. Maryann Corona is honestly the best part of buying and selling real estate. My family has been using her for years. 10 years ago my grandparents were selling their 4 bedroom home and moving into an active adult community and my grandmother interviewed countless agents.
