Buyer reviewHadn't really dealt with a broker before or an agent but dealing with Mary Ann what is a very pleasant experience she helped us a lot with understanding about buying a first home we went through so many or I would say condos we looked at a few homes and it became overwhelming for us at first but talking to her and dealing with her she really put everything in perspective so when we found our home that we fell in love with we knew that it was the right choice for us to continue our relationship with Mary Ann. SheEven helped us out filling out the paperwork helped us understand what we were filling out she really did a lot for us and we have to say thank you to Mary Ann Mary Ann was a lifesaver to us definitely an Ace in the Hole!!!
