Buyer reviewMatt is the absolute best! He responds to texts within minutes. He is a problem solver. The flood insurance broker needed photos of the vents---Matt went the same day and took the pictures. We had a question about a crack in the garage floor--Matt got the home inspector to go back out that same day. Matt is the ultimate professional. He was so patient and willing to go all over to show us houses. I have recommended Matt to my best friend and will recommend him to others looking to buy/sell in Ocean City.

Buyer reviewMatt was very responsive to a lot of email inquiries regarding certain properties, so he seemed liked someone you could trust. Matt did a very nice job navigating a number of hurdles, all of which could have potentially derailed the purchase. There were things to be resolved all the way up to an hour before closing, mainly because the other party didn't fulfill all of their agreement. Matt worked very well with the other agent finding common ground. Matt does a very nice job. If I ever had to, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to a friend. I ended up with the right condo. for me and my family at a market price, and thats all you can really ask for.
