He went on to openly share his expertise while also listening to our needs. Throughout the entire process, Matt communicated regularly and responded quickly to our questions. The flood insurance broker needed photos of the vents---Matt went the same day and took the pictures. We had a question about a crack in the garage floor--Matt got the home inspector to go back out that same day. Matt is the ultimate professional. He was so patient and willing to go all over to show us houses. I have recommended Matt to my best friend and will recommend him to others looking to buy/sell in Ocean City.
