Seller reviewMatt is a part of the Terre Haute community and it shows in all he does. He is invested. He met with us and gave us realistic ideas about our home and how to make it sell. He is connected to the community and it showed from day one. Matt has sold the same house three times. We knew from the day we bought it that if we were going to sell it, Matt would be a consideration. We are so glad we went with him. Full asking price offer in less than 12 hours on the market. Since we were not local Matt was very patient and gave us several FaceTime tours until we found a great house. He handled everything for us right through our closing.
