Seller reviewFull disclosure, Matt is a friend and sometimes that can make things difficult, but his reputation and knowing the market, I felt it was worth getting into business with a friend. This was a very unusual Property--A Church--I bought it simply for the parking. Matt hustled to get this sold. To find someone interested in a 12,000 square foot church that needs a complete renovation would not be easy! HE DID IT!!! He sold it, and the BEST PART----Matt negotiated for me to buy back half the parking lot from the new owner that we sold the church too, which is the only reason I got involved in the first place so I was very happy with this deal!!!!.. Matt is a great realtor because he goes above and beyond, he genuinely cares about his clients. If your looking to buy or sell he's your guy!! Also on a side-note if you have any basketball questions, hes the smartest guy i've ever talked with about the game!
