Buyer reviewMatt is very respectful and friendly professional. He knows the area and recommended the best locations for our search. He also helped us in getting over the obstacles during our search of house, sale of our house and purchase of our new house. If he has no prior experience in handling any obstacles, he would research and find a way to get over it. He was available 24/7 and responded to our calls immediately. We made the best choice with Matt. I would recommend him to everybody.

Buyer reviewI have known Matt for many years. I trusted him to find the best house for me and my family. Matthew was prompt with returning calls, texts, and emails. He stayed on top of everything and went above and beyond what I expected from a real estate agent. Matt did everything that he could to calm down my anxiety throughout my homebuying process. He answered questions and if he didn't know an answer, he could find out the information and get back to me. I have 3 children. Two of my children have special needs. Matt did whatever he could to find us the perfect house to fit our needs. Through this process, my family had illness, lost our pet cat, and I lost my father. I was out of state dealing with my father's affairs and Matt stayed in touch with me to keep me updated and to just check in to see how I was doing. He is great at his job in both a professional and personal manner.

He was always available for any questions I had. I couldn't have done this as a first time buyer without him. Matthew conde was always very honest with me about everything. He walked me through it all step by step. Helped me understand everything in layman's terms. Buying a house is stressful enough. Matt made it relaxing while looking at houses. He was always there at the exact same time as us and would explain things about the house we wouldnt have known as first time buyers. Everyone was very helpful. I couldn't have done it without everyone's help. I appreciate everything you did for us. Wonderful experience!

Seller reviewAlready knowing that Matt is an expert in his field, choosing him as a realtor was an easy decision. Where he goes above and beyond is in the time and effort he puts into each client-not just each sale. Selling the house (and surrounding circumstances) was very stressful and he did all of the heavy lifting, coming up with innovative strategies I never would have thought of in order to draw buyers in. I knew I was in great hands and the sale was hardly on my mind throughout the (surprisingly quick) process. Can't thank him enough for his help and support!
