Matt was great to work with. Felt more like a friend or family than a realtor. He was always professional and honest about the houses we saw. In this market.. there were some rough houses. On the flip side he never declined any houses we sent him regardless of the condition. He was always encouraging and supportive. After maybe 2 years of showing us houses, my wife and I felt guilty for wasting so much of his time. But everytime we came back with a house he didnt hesitate... I would say Matt was the key player in getting the house closed. And if it weren't for him, we might have never closed. There was some issues with a gas leak and Matt really took matters into his own hands and got it taken care of. On top of that he was able to sell our house we are currently living in within a week.
