Buyer reviewMegan recently helped us build a house and while she didn't literally swing a hammer, I'm sure she would have if it was needed! Various blogs and articles I read advised getting a realtor even if you were going to be working with a reputable builder and I'm so happy we did. She was able to help negotiate the price of the lot and made the design meeting decisions easier to make. If I had to do it over again I would choose to work with Megan on a heartbeat!

The market helped, but without Megan's experience and expertise listing our property would not have been as effortless. She was able to help us determine what we should list our townhome in a volatile market. Megan helped walk my wife and I through our first home sale.
