Seller reviewMegan and Nicole were excellent to work with. Megan was very helpful while we prepared our house to put on the market. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to updating a house to make it more appealing. We were always updated on the progress of the sale and they were always quick to address any questions that we had. We would highly recommend Megan and Century 21. :)

Buyer reviewMegan is exceptionally professional, charismatic, and maintains a spectacular depth of knowledge of the housing market. Between Megan and her colleague, Nichole, we enjoyed incredible flexibility in viewing houses and outstanding intuition (and comps) for where competing offers would land. Searching in a seller's market is stressful, but the process was made much more manageable with the confidence and positivity instilled from them both. Any questions we had were answered immediately, or if they were house specific, they were answered in a timely manner. Additionally, the full timeline from purchase agreement to closing was outlined, with each step explained as thoroughly as was needed. Overall, I cannot recommend these two enough to anyone, both first time home buyers and repeat home buyers.
