Seller reviewWould highly recommend Megan Hill Mitchum, Nichole Johnson and their overall team. I'm a real estate agent myself specializing in farmland and felt Megan and her Team would more equipped and specialized in the residential real estate market. We built a new house and coordinating the schedules between moving into the new house and selling our existing house was important as we didn't want to move more than once. We appreciated the advice related to the timing of our listing, the listing price and market knowledge, and the help with details such as staging/home improvement suggestions. The communication and overall process was impressive as they were letting us know what was going and providing updates to us before we had to ask them for an update. Overall a great experience.
