Buyer reviewWe couldn't have asked for a better first time home buying experience. Megan Hill Mitchum and Nichole Johnson with CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate were very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect home! We were taken to see several homes and they did not give up until we found something that was the perfect fit for our needs. They kept open and active communication throughout the entire process and answered some of our questions before we had the chance to even ask! We would recommend them to all of our friends and family and in the future will use them for any of our selling or buying needs!

Buyer reviewMegan is consistently the most well rounded realtor I've ever worked with. She makes everything seem so easy. From home searches all the way to a complicated plumbing issue. She always has an answer for anything that might pop up. This is the second home we've purchased with Megan. I didn't think the process could go any better than the first time around but somehow she exceeded expectations once again! Purchasing a home can be a stressful time but Megan maid it a fun journey! I would recommend Megan to all types of home buyers. Whether you are a first time home owner or someone very active in the market, Megan will provide the most professional and enjoyable experience!
