Seller reviewMegan assisted with the sale of our home 3 years ago and it sold within 3 days of placing it on the market. She is knowledgeable and a great resource for all of our questions (no matter how trivial), and we felt like our home was her only true focus at the time (which of course wasn't the case). We didn't even consider going to another realtor when preparing to sell our second property, a condo unit. Megan got back to us right away when we reached out and she provided recommendations on property updates and the sale value. Even though there are other condos also on the market in the same building/area, ours again sold in record time. We are so pleased with Megan and her support and assistance for both sales!

Seller reviewMegan Hill Mitchum was our agent in 2009 during the purchase of our first home. She maintained a relationship with us over the years, which is not always the case with other realtors. By doing so, we didn't even consider another agent and went straight to Megan when it came time to sell our house. Megan went above and beyond in helping with the sale of our house, which was even more helpful once we moved out of state. She would stop by to check on the house in between showings and even did some cleaning. Her help made it a much less stressful experience and we are grateful Megan was our agent.
