Buyer reviewWe worked with Megan Hill Mitchum for both selling our current house and purchasing our new one. We had purchased our first home when we got married and lived there happily for 12 years, however adding to our family caused us to outgrow our space. Before starting the process Megan came over and was so valuable with her expertise at telling us where to put the funds we had saved for home improvements prior to listing the house. When it came time for an offer she expertly guided us through the process and got us a better price than we would have originally accepted. On the buying side Megan was again fabulous to work with. When we found "the one" Megan was able to get us in the property first and we got an offer in that afternoon. At our final inspection Megan mentioned she had 5 closings that week--without that comment I might have thought we were her only customers because that is how much attention we received! I would not hesitate to recommend Megan Hill Mitchum to anyone I know!
